FSU corrosion resistant centrifugal pump
一、FSU products overview:
FSU type corrosion resistant centrifugal pump is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump, the pump body, impeller, back cover with metal insert, integral moulding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (uhmw-pe) of its simple structure, internal and external corrosion is one of the features of the pump. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, all good forhandling corrosive medium containing suspended particles and corrosive medium is ideal non-metallic corrosion resistant pump. Mechanical seal and shaft seal can choose K type dynamic seal two kinds, according to user's actual demand to choose.
二、FSU structure features:
(1), metal insert, all plastic structure, internal and external anti-corrosion is characteristic of the pump.
(2), simple structure, light weight, high efficiency closed impeller.
(3), impeller connected to the spindle using Morse taper, effectively guarantee the axis and wheel alignment, reducing the radial runout.
三、FSU scope of application:
Applicable temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃.
Applicable medium: below 80% concentration of sulfuric acid, 80% concentration of the hydrochloric acid, nitric acid concentration below 50%, various concentration of lye solution medium or suspended particles.
Applicable industry: petroleum chemical industry, acid, alkali, titanium white, pharmaceutical intermediates, pesticide, wet smelting, power plant desulfurization, corrosive industries such as steel pickling, electroplating and environmental protection.
