一、A brief introduction fluorine plastic lined valve

二、Lining plastic anti-corrosion performance is introduced

1, FEP FEP (F46)

Applicable medium: any organic solvents or reagent, the concentration of acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, acetone solution (except the fluorine element with high temperature, molten alkali and chlorine trifluoride reaction, are not corroded when in contact with other chemicals). Working temperature 150 ℃ or less.

Features: F46 resin mechanics, electricity performance and chemical stability, basically similar to those of ptfe, but outstanding advantage is high impact toughness, even sample of band gap continuously and has excellent weather resistance and radiation, easy processing, in addition, the use of temperature is lower than the F4 other performance to keep the good performance of F4, thus making it instead of the teflon material.

2, PTFE teflon (F4)

Applicable medium: any organic solvents or reagent, the concentration of acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, acetone solution (except the fluorine element with high temperature, molten alkali and chlorine trifluoride reaction, are not corroded when in contact with other chemicals). Working temperature 180 ℃ or less.

Features: F4 resin because of the particularity of the molecular chain of chemical structure, make its have strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, but the shortage of the ptfe has the processing difficulties, production process, the scrap rate is higher, so the cost of processing than F46.

3, soluble ptfe (PFA)

Applicable medium: any organic solvents or reagent, the concentration of acid, alkali, salt, alcohol, acetone solution (except the fluorine element with high temperature, molten alkali and chlorine trifluoride reaction, are not corroded when in contact with other chemicals). Working temperature 180 ℃ or less.

Characteristic: the PFA resins in order to overcome the shortage of ptfe processing molding difficult, and the development of a new species, completely keep the good performance of the F4. Good mechanical and electrical insulating properties, the biggest advantage is easy to processing molding, making it a instead of the teflon material.

4, reinforced polypropylene (FRPP)

Applicable medium: aqueous solution of inorganic salts, inorganic acid, alkali of thin or thick solution. Working temperature of 100 ℃ or less.

Features: is one of the most light plastic, and its yield strength, tensile strength and compression strength are better than polyethylene, have outstanding rigidity, heat resistance, easy forming, etc. Impact, liquidity is improved after modification.

5, polyolefin (PO)

Applicable medium: some organic solvents and reagents, a dilute acid solution, alkali, salt and so on. Working temperature 100 ℃ or less.

PO has good corrosion resistance and processing performance, widely used for anti-corrosion of all kinds of roll forming equipment, also used in moulding lining valves.
